Its grt being in downtown Portland again!
Portland is wonderful because its bike friendly, loads of weirdos and other arty/musician types and I love it!! Its how a city should be. Clean and friendly.
High level of alternative types around because of the protests about camping on the streets around city hall. Saw a fifty something woman shouting and swearing at fancy cars as they went by in Burnside.
Walked up to Powells on Burnside. Was at the other Powells in Beaverton yesterday with Vivian.
Also checked out the new Directors Square a block up from Pioneer Courthouse Square

Pioneer Place is somewhere that Michelle would love!! Lots of designer shops all under a glass roof!!
Its just down from Pioneer Court House Square
Even I was impressed! There was even a Windows shop (a Microsoft version of an Apple Store)
