Pix from Olympic Peninsular

Hood Canal Bridge which links Tacoma to the peninsular, beautiful scenery

Port Angeles, which has really changed since I was here last 22 years ago!! Its a lovely town and I walked up the cliff on a walkway which gave a great view of Victoria Canada

The various lakes and mountains on Highway 101 after I left Port Angeles.  Got stuck in a traffic jam as a truck lost a full load of planks as it went up a hill!! Wood everywhere!  Obviously not a secure load.
The lakes are beautiful with lots of pull overs so could stop and admire.  Weather was good too. I am travelling across the top of the peninsular here, going due west.

My first view of the Pacific Ocean as I head south on 101.  Note the lack of people.  This is the sort of beach I like and I am sure someone special in my life would like it too.  The weather was perfect too, with a nice breeze.

Finished off at Aberdeen / Grays Harbor,  staying at the Olympic Inn. Room 119 was large, clean but past its best.
